Designs By Franca LLC/dba/www.francaspassion.com makes all reasonable efforts to display the products listed for sale on the Sites as accurately as possible. However, the colors we use, as well as the display and color capabilities of your computer monitor, will affect the colors that you actually see on your screen. Designs By Franca LLC/dba/www.francaspassion.com cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any product color, texture or detail will be accurate. In addition, Designs By Franca LLC/dba/www.francaspassion.com does not warrant that product descriptions or other content are accurate, complete, reliable, current or error free. If a product offered by Designs By Franca LLC/dba/www.francaspassion.com is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

Gemstones and colored diamonds may have been treated to enhance their color and clarity through the use of one or more common industry practices, including heat treatments; diffusion; irradiation; fracture filling; dyeing; or impregnation of oil, wax or resin. Although most treated gemstones are stable, some may require special care in jewelry repair. Gemstone jewelry should only be gently cleaned by rinsing in warm water and drying with a soft cloth.
Pricing Policy
Should any pricing or copy errors occur on this or any third party web site operated by or on behalf of Rogers Ent., we reserve the right to correct. We strive to maintain an accurate price representation for all products represented herein. Price discrepancies, as the result of technical or human error, will not be honored.
