Returns will be accepted for all non-final sale items. When shipping a return, remember to include the return form and original invoice with your package. You will be refunded for your item in the same form of payment originally used, within 15 business days of our receiving your returned product. Your refund will include the cost of the item plus any applicable sales tax. Items marked as gifts will be returned to the original form of payment or can be exchanged for another item.
Francaspassion.com DOES NOT PROVIDE free return. Any unworn merchandise you would like to return for a full refund must be sent back to Francaspassion.com within 10 business days of receipt of product. Items are eligible for an exchange for up to 10 days after the receipt of product.

All returned packages must include the securely packaged merchandise, the original invoice, and a completed return form.

ORDERS AND CANCELLATIONS

The description of goods, price and applicable tax are agreed on between purchaser and seller when order is placed. Our charge for transport, packaging, freight and/or insurance will be included in the final invoice upon shipment and is to be borne by purchaser.
Placement of an order is a binding agreement. Once placed, all orders are considered final and may not be changed or cancelled.
GIFT CARDS
Gift cards cannot be returned or redeemed for cash value, reloaded with additional value, resold or transferred for value, except where required by law. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. Promotions and other special offers may not be used to purchase a gift card. No sales tax will be charged on the purchase of a gift card.
francaspassion.com will not replace lost or stolen gift cards without satisfactory proof of purchase.
Customers can receive free gift wrapping on all online orders. Any order containing a gift message will be packaged in special Francaspassion.comboxes. Please note that only orders containing a gift message will receive gift wrapping.
