SHIPPING INFORMATION
Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 2-4 days once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day. All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped. All custom pieces created by francaspassion.com will ship with notification to client when item is completed and shown to buyer on Skype or by photo by email.
All orders are shipped via United States Parcel Service insured and will need a signature. (please note that US PS does not ship to P.O. Boxes). The following shipping methods are in effect during this time:
- Ground (will arrive in 3-5 business days) FLAT RATE $7.00 USD within the continental USA
- Overnight (will arrive the following business day) (Charged as per advertised pricing by USPS
- International: All orders shipping internationally are subject to shipping charges based where it is being shipped to. Buyer will be notified via email of charges prior to item being sent.
- Taxes, tariffs and duties put into place by that country. Francaspassion.com. is not associated with these fees. All fees are to be paid for by the customer at the time of delivery.
The last day francaspassion.com can provide US PS Ground Shipping with December 24th delivery is December 18th, 2014. All orders placed by 12:00PM EST (noon) with Ground Shipping should arrive by December 24th. December 24th delivery is not guaranteed.
Orders with expedited shipping (overnight) must be placed by 12:00PM EST (noon) to guarantee delivery. Any expedited orders placed after 12:00PM EST (noon) will not ship until the following business day.
All shipping charges are non-refundable. No exceptions.
